Terms of Service.
Plain-language terms for using Idiongo. By creating a workspace, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't sign up.
The agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Idiongo, operated by Idiongo Inc., a Start Innovation Hub company registered in Nigeria. By accessing the service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you discover any unauthorised use, let us know at security@idiongo.com immediately.
Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite, the roles they assign, and the content posted to their workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Idiongo to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or material that incites violence
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other workspaces or our infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense, or scrape the service for competing products
Sentinel moderation operates by default to support these standards. Severe or repeated violations may result in workspace suspension or termination.
Your content
You retain full ownership of everything you upload, post, or generate inside your workspace. You grant Idiongo a limited licence to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service.
We never claim ownership of your content. We never use it to train shared models. When you delete content, we delete it.
Billing & refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Workspace Settings. Cancelled subscriptions continue until the end of the paid period; no further charges apply.
We offer pro-rated refunds when downgrading or when service outages exceed our SLA. Refund requests can be submitted to billing@idiongo.com.
Termination
You may delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that exposes Idiongo or other users to legal or security risk.
On termination by either party, we provide a 30-day export window so you can retrieve your workspace data before it's permanently deleted.
Warranty & liability
Idiongo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to workspace owners and posted at this URL at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
